The EngineMark Store uses the United States Postal Service to ship all United States (domestic) orders. We use USPS First Class Package Service and USPS Priority Mail for large shipments. Both shipping options offer fast delivery times with 1 to 4 days transit times. Most customers should see 2 to 3 day transit times. Due to increased shipping demand at USPS, some customers may experience 1 to 2 days of additional transit time during the Holiday season.
International Shipments
We do ship to a number of international countries including Canada, Mexico, countries in Europe, Australia, and more.
For international orders we use our selected shipping partner that uses your home country’s postal service to deliver the order to you.
It takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks to deliver most international orders. Customs processing is a big factor in the time it takes for your package to arrive.
Duties/Tariffs
You are responsible for any customs duties/import tariffs that are charged by your country. Your home country’s postal service will notify you if there are duties/tariffs that are due and you will pay them directly for the fees.

Processing Time
We strive to ship out all shipments in 1 business day. If an order is placed before 9:00 AM Mountain Time, we will do our best to ship it out the same day.
